White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
Rich and flavorful, White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing works wonders with our Raspberry or Orange Cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- Easy-Add White Candy Melts® Candy Add to shopping list White Candy Melts® Candy
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Step 1
Melt candy melts according to package directions.
Step 2
Allow coating to cool slightly, stirring occasionally (don't let it set up).
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese (preferably with a flat beater) until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Gradually beat in the cooled coating until blended and smooth.
Step 5
Beat in the butter and lemon juice.
