Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 medium baking potatoes baked
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 4 teaspoons butter or margarine softened
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- paprika
- chives
- bacon bits
Makes:
Potatoes serves 6.
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable pan spray.
Step 2
Cut potatoes in half. Trim bottom of potatoes to level. Place on prepared pan.
Step 3
Scoop out potato and place in mixer bowl with milk, butter, seasoned salt, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Step 4
Beat at medium speed until creamy. Fill Cookie Master™ Plus with potato mixture and use star tip to fill potato skins.
Step 5
Top with cheddar cheese and paprika or chopped chives and bacon bits. Bake 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
