Southwest Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 cups (8 ounces) finely shredded Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese blend
- 2 cups (10 ounces) diced grilled chicken
- 1/2 small red pepper , diced
- 1 jalapeño peppers , seeded and sliced
- 1 can (10 ounces) whole kernel corn , drained
- 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- Salsa
- sour cream
- chopped fresh cilantro
Makes:
About 6 servings.
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Unroll dough and stretch to fit bottom of pan. In large bowl, combine cheese, chicken, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, corn, olives and seasoning; mix well. Sprinkle mixture evenly over crust.
Step 3
Bake 16-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve pizza with salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
