Rocky Road Candy Bars
vegetable pan spray
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 cup toasted slivered almonds (divided)
1 package Limited Edition Flavor Marshmallow Candy Melts Candy (10 oz.) chopped and divided
Makes about 36 bars.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare 9 in. x 9 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
In large bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave at 50% power 1 minute. Stir, then continue heating in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted.
Reserve 1/4 cup almonds and 1/4 cup chopped Marshmallow Candy Melts Candy. Stir remaining almonds and candy into chocolate mixture. Spread into pan and top with reserved almonds and candy melts. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 1 hour.
