Makes: Makes 4-6 dozen cookies.

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In mixer bowl, cream butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy.
Add flour and vanilla; mix well. Stir in potato chips.
Shape dough into small logs and place in Cookie Master Plus.
Using desired disk, press shapes onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet on rack. Remove from sheet and
cool completely on rack.
