Piñata Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray pan cavities with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg and extracts; mix well. Combine flour and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
Prepare dough and roll out to 3/16 in. thick.
Invert pan and spray with vegetable pan spray. Drape over every other pan cavity, pressing to smooth surface.
Bake 10-14 minutes, or until firm and golden brown.
Cool pan on cooling grid 10 minutes. Carefully loosen bottom edges of treat using spatula.
