Loaded Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts

Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer until creamy. Add confectioners’ sugar and brown sugar; beat until well combined. Gradually beat in vegetable oil, egg and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie pan, spacing 1-1/2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
Step 3
Bake 10-12 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool slightly on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling grid; cool completely.
