Can't you almost taste Christmas? Everyone will gather round to sample our easy Gingerbread Truffles. They're great to make ahead and have on hand for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients:

1 package (12oz.) White Candy Melts® Candy , coarsely chopped

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Step 1

In microwave-safe container or on top of stove, melt Candy Melts with cream. Stir in cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Pour into shallow pan. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight until firm but pliable.
