1/4 cup (heaping) instant espresso powder
1 cup boiling water
3 cups milk
whipped cream (optional)
ground cinnamon (optional)
Recipe makes 4 lattes. Each latte serves 1.
- Clear coffee mug
In bowl, whisk together espresso and boiling water until dissolved. Add Eggnog Candy Melts candy and let sit to melt.
In large bowl, microwave milk until steaming, about 3 minutes. Whisk vigorously to froth. Whisk espresso and eggnog candy until smooth.
Divide espresso evenly into 4 mugs. Pour milk over.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream and additional grated eggnog candy or ground cinnamon. Serve immediately in clear mug.
