Creamy Gelatin (Small Recipe)
- 1 package (6 ounces) flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 2 envelopes (.25 ounces each) unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 ounces (1/2 an 8 ounce package) frozen non-dairy whipped topping , thawed
About 5 cups.
In medium bowl, combine flavored and unflavored gelatin; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved (liquid will appear clear). In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture; continue beating until smooth. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pan sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Refrigerate until firm. To unmold, dip pan in warm water for 10 seconds; invert onto serving platter.
