Cream Cheese Mints
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup White Candy Melts® Candy melted and cooled slightlyEasy-Add White Candy Melts® Candy Add to shopping list White Candy Melts® Candy
- 1/4 package ( 2 ounces) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- Easy-Add Peppermint Candy Flavoring Add to shopping list Peppermint Candy Flavoring

Instructions:
Step 1
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add melted candy and candy flavoring to cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended. Roll into balls, about 1 teaspoon each. Roll in red colored sugar, nonpareils and peppermint crunch. Place in candy cups, if desired.
