In small bowl, mix together coconut and granulated sugar. Pour into gift bag.

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Step 6

In large bowl, whip egg whites with electric mixer to stiff peaks. With a silicone spatula, gently fold in contents of bag until evenly combined. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheet, spacing 1-1/2 in. apart. Bake 23-25 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.
