Create holiday hostess gifts with your personal touch—just fill a jar or resealable bags with the dry ingredients, add a Wilton brownie cutter and a copy of the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package (4.67 ounces) Chocolate Creme de Menthe Candies , chopped

Makes about 16 brownies.

Instructions:

Step 1

In medium bowl, stir together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt. Gently mix in chopped candies. Spoon into gift bag.

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
2 eggs

Step 5

Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare 8 x 8 in. square baking pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 6

In medium bowl, stir together contents of bag, melted butter and eggs. When ingredients are well combined, stir vigorously for 50 strokes. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25-28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center is only slightly moist with batter. Cool completely before cutting.
