Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter softened
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
Makes: About 18 standard cupcakes. Each cupcake serves 1.
