Ingredients:
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
Makes: 12 standard cupcakes. Each cupcake serves 1.
