Ingredients:

1 box (3.5-3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk (divided)
1 box (3.5-3.9 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package (about 14 oz.) soft chocolate chip cookies
1 bottle (2.5 oz.) Chocolate Jimmies

Instructions:

Step 1

In large bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and 1 cup milk vigorously until all mix is dissolved, about 1 minute. In another bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with remaining 1 cup milk until all mix is dissolved, about 1 minute. Let both sit until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Stripe decorating bag fitted with 1 M tip with chocolate pudding; fill bag with vanilla pudding. Pipe a rosette of pudding onto a cookie; sandwich with another cookie. Pipe a 1M swirl on top cookie. Sprinkle with chocolate jimmies.
