Cover pretzels with candy. Melt white and light cocoa Candy Melts candy in bottles, separately, according to package directions. Place pretzel rods on rack over parchment sheet-lined pan. Use bottle with coating cap to cover 2/3 of each pretzel rod with melted white or light cocoa candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy.
Place pretzel rods on parchment-covered cake boards. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve remaining candy.
Drizzle pretzels. Use green, violet and pink from garden candy color set and orange, yellow, red and blue from primary candy color set to tint small portions of melted white candy.
Use melted candy in cut decorating bags to drizzle lines on pretzels. Chill to set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
