Dip pretzel rods. Melt pumpkin spice, white and light cocoa Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Dip pretzels in melted pumpkin spice candy. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until set 3 to 5 minutes.
Decorate pretzel rods. Use melted white and light cocoa candy in cut parchment bags to drizzle candy on pretzel rods. Immediately sprinkle with jimmies or sprinkles, if desired. Chill until set 3 to 5 minutes.
