Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made the flower petals a little wider and in red and they looked like pointsettias for the holiday party. Began by adding green leaves and continued to build on the leaves with the elongated flower petals. Everyone loved the idea. Arranged them on a platter to look like a big flower arrangement with frest pine twigs inserted between the cupcakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The key is to not make the petals too long or they will start to droop or break. These look adorable on cupcakes. Finish off a cupcake by placing it in a clear disposable punch cup and place it in a clear goody/treat bag; tie it on top with some ribbon and add a cute little gift tag. What a great favor or birthday party favor idea!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The secret to the pompom flower is to release the pressure and quickly pullback at the end of each petal. Also, if your icing is too thin, results will be a bit droopy. This is a really nice flower that looks a lot harder to make than it actually is. Your friends and family will be impressed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An easy design that isn't super time consuming. If your icing is too thin the petals will droop. I think it looks more like something you'd find underwater than a flower in a garden but they turn out nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was not sure if I would like making these, but they really look lovely. I made these in the blue colors shown on the image. The flower looks fun and almost fireworks-like. Simple to make, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These tips were great, a neat idea is putting two different colour in your piping bag whe you are doing the flower part. you get a readyy unique flower and you can change up your colours..thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used this design and variations of it for a cupcake sale to benefit a local charity. I had just taken the second Wiltons class at Michaels so it was good practice. Everyone loved them!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Pom Pom flower is so easy to make, just make sure that your icing is stiff enough and you will have all of your cupcakes decorated in no time.
