Prepare crisped rice cereal treat according to recipe. Press into prepared pan following recipe instructions. Position on foil-wrapped cake board cut to fit.
Ice bottom half of cupcake (not sides of treat) smooth with pink tube icing from icing kit. Ice top half of cupcake (not sides of treat) fluffy with white tube icing.
With cake pan as a guide, cut licorice. Attach licorice to treat. Cut spice drops in half. Attach to cupcake with cut sides down. Cut a large spice drop in half and attach to top of cupcake with cut side down.
