Prepare cookie batter. Prepare cookie batter following recipe instructions. Place one drop of pink and one drop of orange into batter. Use lollipop stick to lightly stir and marbleize batter.
Bake and cool cookies.
Assemble cookies. Prepare decorating bag with white icing; cut small tip in bag. Fill and sandwich cookies together.
Makes 36 to 48 sandwiched cookies.
