Add stem and hay. Use 9 in. fondant roller with purple guide rings to roll out spice drop 1/8 in. thick. Use food-safe scissors to cut stem, 1/4 in. wide x 3/4 in. high. Use melted orange candy to attach to top of pumpkin. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
Crush shredded wheat biscuit cereal. Use spatula to lightly ice base with melted candy and immediately sprinkle with crushed cereal.
