Step 1

In advance: Make cookies. Prepare dough and roll out. Cut cookies using pointed snowflake cutter; bake and cool.

Step 2

Outline cookies with tip 2 and full-strength royal icing; let set. Flow in with thinned royal icing in cut parchment bag. Let dry overnight.

Step 3

For petals, outline and flow in as above; let dry a few hours or overnight. Pipe tip 2 dots in full-strength royal icing. Brush petals with matching Pearl Dust.
