Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the taste and will make again but they didn't set up firm. I put them in mini cupcake cups so they wouldn't stick together. Not sure what "melted candy" you're supposed to dip them in prior to rolling in crushed candy. I didn't add the extra peppermint and used the round peppermint candy that's softer. Added just the right texture.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These were yummy! Be careful those in high humidity areas with the pepperment candies. Don't do them too far in advance, or they'll stick together and be impossible to be rolled in. Also be careful not to make them to large; it makes them difficult to eat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did add a little more peppermint flavoring to these because I like it a little stronger, but it is not for everyone. These are great to make for a party and I couldn't keep them on the table!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did realize after re-reading the recipe that you need 2 bags of white chips - 1 melted with the cream and the other to dip the end product in. The recipe was quite confusing because of the 4 types of chips that were listed. Just a bit of advice for the next person.
