Dip marshmallows. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy in short dipping container according to package directions. Insert lollipop stick into marshmallow. Dip marshmallow completely in melted light cocoa candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Place on parchment-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Double dip marshmallows. Melt pink Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip marshmallows halfway into melted pink candy. Tap to smooth. Place on parchment-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 5 minutes.
Decorate marshmallows. Use brush to brush marshmallow with piping gel around stick. Immediately sprinkle with Sugar Pearls.
