  1. Bake cookies. Prepare cookie dough following recipe instructions. Using 20 in. roller with orange guide rings, roll out cookie dough. Using “A” cut-out, cut cookies. Bake and cool.
  2. Prepare royal icing. Prepare royal icing following recipe instructions. Prepare decorating bag with icing; cut small hole in tip. Pipe icing onto cookies, using spatula to smooth.
  3. Tint fondant. Divide white fondant into three equal portions. Tint one portion each medium green, chartreuse green and pine green using color combinations provided. Combine Kelly Green and Leaf Green icing colors to get medium green color shown. Combine Moss Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get chartreuse green color shown. Combine Royal Blue and touch of Juniper Green icing colors to get pine green color shown.
  4. Decorate cookies. For Dot Cookies: Using 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out medium green fondant. Using narrow end of tip 12, cut out circles (about 16 circles per cookie). Arrange in rows on cookies. If necessary, attach with small dot of royal icing. Reserve remaining fondant.

    For Triangle Cookies: Using 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out remaining medium green fondant. Using ruler and craft knife, cut out ½ in. triangles. Repeat with chartreuse green and pine green fondant.

    Arrange triangles in rows on cookies, alternating triangle position as desired. If necessary, attach with small dot of royal icing.
