Prepare your favorite pie recipe.
Before placing the top crust, roll out to about 12 in. diameter on a well-floured cookie sheet; brush with an egg wash.
Position flower stencil in center of crust and sprinkle with Pink, Yellow and Green Sugars; carefully remove stencil.
Slide crust over filling and crimp edges. Bake following recipe directions.
