Prepare 3 quart oval pan with vegetable pan spray.
For filling, combine sugars, walnuts, orange zest, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.
Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions using 2 tablespoons sugar, water, butter and egg. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 24 in. x 16 in. rectangle. Sprinkle filling evenly across the dough. Starting with 24 in. side, begin rolling the dough tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut log into 24 1-in. pieces. Place pieces, cut side up, in pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a cloth towel; set aside in a warm place until double in size 30 minutes.
For glaze, combine melted butter, confectioners? sugar, juice and zest in medium bowl; stir until smooth. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove towel and plastic wrap from pan. Bake rolls 23-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Remove from oven. Spread glaze over tops of hot rolls. Serve warm.
