In a medium bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugars with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; mix well. Stir in oat mixture; mix well. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls or use a cookie scoop onto cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on pan on wire rack 5 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
