In advance: Make fondant birds in silicone
mold. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted board.
Also: Make candy bases. Set round cutter
on non-stick pan. Fill 1/4 in. deep with melted
light cocoa candy. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Make one base per treat.
Bake and cool mini trees. Place on cooling
grid over parchment-covered pan. Cover
with melted candy tinted green. Chill
until firm. Brush Pearl Dust over all trees.

to pipe scallop garland; immediately position
sugar pearl trims. Let set. Use melted candy to
attach tree to round base and bird to tree top.
