2 days in advance: Make fondant house. Tint fondant: 58 oz. red; 28 oz. dark green; 8 oz. brown; 6 oz each moss green, pink; reserve 24 oz. white. Roll out 1/8 in. thick as needed. Reserve all excess fondant. Add 1/2 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 4 oz. brown fondant. Use pattern to cut pieces; attach using damp brush. Also: Prepare base board and cover with 18 oz. of green fondant.
For 8 in. cake stripes, roll out green, pink,
red and white in. thick. Use Ribbon Cutter/Embosser fitted with straight wheels and appropriate spacers to cut 1/4 in. wide white,
1/2 in. wide red, 3/4 in. wide pink and 1 in. wide green strips. Attach
to cake sides using damp brush. Trim ends as needed.
Place 12 in.
cake on prepared base board. Roll a 36 x 1/4 in. diameter log; attach
for bottom border. Roll out brown and green fondant. Use cutter
from 101-Pc. Set to cut five brown girls and five green girls. Attach
brown girls to cake sides using damp brush. Use round cutter from
101-Pc. Set to cut and remove heads from green girls. Trim away in. from all other edges with knife. Attach to brown girls with

five red trees. Attach to cake sides using damp brush. Cut five green
trees; cut off tree trunks and attach over red trees.
Using royal icing
and tip 2: outline girls and trees; pipe dots on trees; pipe bead hair,
outline mouth and dot buttons, eyes and pupils on girls. Insert house
