Make trophy pedestals. Use 9 in. fondant roller to roll out chocolate fondant 3/8 in. thick. Use fondant trimmer to cut four strips, 1/2 in. wide x 7 in. long. Use damp brush to attach strips around bottom of cake. Use knife to trim ends at angles to fit. For figure pedestal, cut one square, 4 in.
x 4 in., and one square, 3 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in. Use damp brush to attach large square, then small square to top of cake.
