Make cake. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cake. Place cake on foil-wrapped cake board, cut to fit.
Decorate eyes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint small portions yellow, green and black. Reserve remaining white.
Use tip 8 and yellow icing to pipe in eyes. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Use tip 8 and green icing to pipe in irises. Pat smooth. Use tip 3 and black icing to pipe dot pupils. Pat smooth.
Decorate mummy wrapping. Use tip 2B with smooth side of tip up and white icing to pipe random bands for wrapping.
