Make fondant plaques 1 day in advance.
Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use straight side of ?A? size round, square or oval cut-outs to cut plaques. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface 24 hours.

Decorate fondant plaques.
Use desired FoodWriter edible color markers to draw pictures and write messages on plaques. Let dry, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Use tip 1M, a disposable decorating bag and white icing to pipe a swirl on cupcake top. Position plaque on cupcake.
