  1. Bake and cool cupcakes. Bake and cool cupcakes following recipe instructions.
  2. Prepare icing. Using icing colors tint 1 cup icing each mint green, deep blue and mossy green following color combinations provided. Using Kelly Green icing color, tint ½ cup icing green.

    Prepare two decorating bags with tip 366. Fill one bag with mint green, deep blue, and green icing, allowing colors to mix in bag. Fill second bag with mossy green, deep blue and green icing, allowing colors to mix in bag.

    *Combine Kelly Green and Royal Blue icing colors to get mint green icing shown. Combine Royal Blue, Black and Kelly Green icing colors to get deep blue color shown. Combine Moss Green, Lemon Yellow and Brown to get mossy green color shown.

  3. Decorate cupcakes. Mint Stand Up Leaves Cupcake: Using mint green icing bag, pipe row of pull-out leaves down center of cupcake. Pipe another row of pull-out leaves on either side of middle row. Repeat until covered.

    Moss Green Ruffle Cupcake: Using moss green icing bag, hold tip horizontal to surface. Starting in center of cupcake, pipe ruffle spiral around top of cupcake.

    Moss Green Circle of Leaves Cupcake: Using moss green icing bag, pipe pull-out leaves around edge of cupcake. Pipe another circle of pull-out leaves in center.

    Mint Green Zig-Zag Cupcake: Using mint green icing bag, hold tip horizontal to surface. Starting at one edge of cupcake, pipe zig-zag across top of cupcake until covered.

    Mint Green Ruffle Cupcake: Using mint green icing bag, hold tip horizontal to surface. Starting at edge of cupcake, pipe ruffle around edge of cupcake. Repeat, piping second ruffle in center.

    Moss Green Jagged Edge Cupcake: Using moss green icing bag, hold tip at slight angle to surface. Pipe leaves around edge of cupcake.

    Mint Green Swirls of Leaves Cupcake: Using mint green icing bag, hold tip at slight angle to surface. Pipe leaves around outer edge of cupcake. Repeat in center of cupcake until covered.

    Mint Green Swiggle Leaves Cupcake: Using mint green icing, hold bag with tip vertical to surface. Pipe leaves, quickly moving bag back and forth. Repeat around edge of cupcake until covered.
