Tint 3 1/2 oz. fondant rose. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut strip, 1 1/2 in. x 7 1/2 in. Attach to top of purse using piping gel. Use small circle cutter to cut two flaps; use second largest circle cutter to trim off
5/8 in. from flaps for a curved top edge. Attach to front and back using piping gel. Attach icing decoration and handle with thinned fondant adhesive.
