Make bows. For each bow, tint 1 oz. of white fondant rose. Knead 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex into fondant. Use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use pattern and knife to cut two loops for each treat (reverse pattern for opposite side). For knot, cut a rose fondant strip, 5/16 in. wide x 1 in. long.
Assemble bows. Fold loops in half and use damp brush to secure ends. Use small end of veining tool from 10-pc. gum paste/ fondant tool set to make crease in center of loop. Slide a dowel rod in loop to maintain shape. Use veining tool to mark a crease on outside of loops. Remove loop from dowel rod. Use crumpled paper napkin to support.
Use damp brush to attach two loops, overlapping ends. For knot, use knife to cut a strip, 1/2 in. wide x 11/2 in. long. Wrap around center of bow. Use damp brush to secure. Trim off excess fondant. Let dry 48 hours on cornstarch-dusted surface. Reserve remaining white fondant.
