Almost too cute to eat, these Melting Snowmen cookies delight kids and adults alike. They are easy to bake, decorate and assemble using the Melted Snowman Cutter Set. Place them under the tree or tuck then into stockings for a Christmas morning surprise.
Make cookies 1 day in advance. Prepare Roll Out Cookie dough following recipe directions. Cut out shapes using cutters. Bake and cool cookies.
Prepare royal icing. Prepare icing according to recipe directions. Divide icing and tint 1/2 cup black, ½ cup red. Thin 1 1/4 cups white to a count of 18.

Prepare decorating bag. Place white icing, separately, in disposable decorating bag. Cover large cookie with thinned white icing. Sprinkle edges with white nonpareils.
Decorate cookies. Make marshmallow head: Use scissors to trim 1/3 off marshmallow. Use toothpick to make hole for eyes and nose. Use FoodWriter Edible Color Marker to draw mouth. Attach Sugar Pearls eyes and orange Jimmies nose. Position marshmallow on cookie, secure with dot of icing if necessary. Attach black Sugar Pearls for buttons and black Jimmies Sprinkles for arms. Let dry overnight.
Use spatula to ice hat cookie in black icing. Use red icing and tip 3 to pipe hatband. Attach hat cookie to large cookie with dot of icing.
