For lime, tint 1/4 oz. of white fondant light green and 1/4 oz. dark green. Roll out light green 1/8 in. thick. Use knife to cut a 1 1/4 in. wide semi-circle. Roll a 1/8 in. diameter x 1 1/2 in. long rope of dark green fondant. Attach to lime with damp brush.
Attach lime to cookie with full-strength color flow icing. Use tip 2 and full-strength white color flow icing to pipe section lines on lime.
