Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 x 2 in. or 9 x 2 in. square pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy. Add egg and almond extract; mix well. Stir in milk chocolate chips; set aside.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Alternate dropping spoonfuls of brownie and cheesecake batter in prepared pan. Swirl the two batters together to create a marbled effect using a knife.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
