These cake pops are all dressed up with somewhere to go: a celebration in honor of Mom! Dip and decorate these treats in delicious Candy Melts candy.

Step 1

Make cake pops two days in advance. Prepare medium cake ball pops and insert sticks following recipe.

Melt 2 oz. light cocoa and 4 oz. white Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Use candy colors from set to tint 2 tablespoons of melted white candy each black and red, and 2 oz. melted white candy light orange (for skin tone shown).

Dip cake pops in either melted light cocoa or light orange candy. Chill until set in stand 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

One day in advance, make hair. Tint approx. 1 in. ball fondant either brown or black. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use large round Cut-Out to cut circle. Use melted candy to attach circle to one side of cake pop and pressing on top of head. Use cutting wheel from set to create strands of hair.

Step 3

Create violet hats. Tint 1/2 oz. fondant violet, 1/2 oz. light violet and 1 in. ball green. Knead in 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/16 thick. Use large round Cut-Out to cut hat brim. Use melted candy to attach to top of cake pop.

Use a 1 in. violet fondant ball, press and slightly flatten to fit inside medium round Cut-Out. Use melted candy to attach to center of hat brim. Adjust rim to curve up or down.

Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1 in. ball of white fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use knife to cut ribbon, 8 in. long x 3/8 in. wide. Wrap around center of hat with overhang off of brim and use damp brush to attach. Use knife to cut V-shape in ends of ribbon.

Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/2 in. ball light violet fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use knife to cut strip, 1 1/2 in. long x 1/4 in. wide. Make ribbon rose.

Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/2 in. ball green fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use knife to cut out leaves. Use damp brush to attach ribbon rose and leaves to hat.

Step 4

Create light blue hats. Tint 1 oz. fondant light blue. Knead in 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/16 thick. Use second smallest round (3 1/4 in.) cutter from set to cut hat brim. Use melted candy to attach to center of cake pop. Curve up brim.

Use a 1 in. blue fondant ball and flatten to size of medium round Cut-Out Center on hat brim and use melted candy to attach.

For hat band, tint 3/4 in. ball of fondant brown. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/16 thick. Use knife to cut strip, 5 1/2 long x. 3/4 in. wide. Fold over the ends and pinch to make creases. Wrap around the center of the hat and use melted candy to attach with melted candy.

Tint a 1/4 in. ball of fondant rose. Use small blossom from flower cutter set to cut flower according to package instructions. Use melted candy to attach Sugar Pearl in center of flower and flower to hat.

Step 5

Add details to faces. Use tip 1 in cut parchment bag and melted black candy to pipe eyes. Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe lips. Use either melted light cocoa or light orange candy to pipe dot nose.

Use melted candy to attach Sugar Pearls to sides of cake pops for earrings.
