Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did these for easter this year (along with bunny butt cupcakes) and they were a big hit - I just cut out orange fondant triangles for the beak and yellow fondant leaves to use as wings... I didnt do the hair but I made each one different by making changing up the way I did my base icing (some smooth, some rough, some with comb-over's, etc) and I changed their eyes (some big, some cross eyed, some crazy eyes)... it was alot of fun to make and took no time at all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these twice in the last week and both times they turned out super cute! I made all my icing and candy parts one day, then baked the cupcakes and ssembled the next. They are time consuming but adorable. I also used pastel-colored buttercream for a little filling surprise. By far the best and cutest thing I have made so far!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found these to be pretty easy to make. I found that I needed to alter the template for the feet/wings/beak to fit the cupcake I had. I used black decorator icing for the eyes. The end result was really cute. I posted the making of this cupcake on my You Tube channel (yoyomax12)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved doing these for my son's preschool class. They were a big hit!! Next time I would definitely use a tip on the parchment bag for more control, but otherwise, they turned out AWESOME!!
