Rated 5 out of 5 by luigifele from Quite easy to realise. Required a good ability on decoration. Many steps to perform to reach an excellent result. You can substitute lemon with mandarin or orange in the same proportion such as in the original version. In my opinion the Italian meringue should be cooked at low temperature in Owen before flaming.
