outline cookie; use tip 2 and thinned down white color flow icing to fill in heart.
Use rose icing and brush to brush embroidered edges in pink. Use tip 2 and full-strength rose color flow icing to outline heart in pink. Let dry.
For striped heart, use straight-edged cutter from 3-Pc. Heart Cutter Set. Use tip 2 and full-strength white color flow icing to fill in heart; let dry. Use tip 4 and full-strength color flow to pipe white outlines and stripes and cover with pink sugars from mix.
