Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet. Cover top with tip 12 mound of icing for heads; smooth with spatula and pat with finger dipped in cornstarch. For arms, cut 8 in. lollipop sticks to 3 in.; ice by pushing stick through tip 21 into bag of icing. Squeeze as you pull out stick. Clean end and insert into cupcake.

Make hands: roll out fondant 1/4 in. thick. Cut hand shapes with knife and insert on arms. Pipe tip 47 smooth side up bandages on head and arms. For hanging bandages, cut fondant strips 3/8 x 1 in. and 3/8 x 1 1/2 in.; attach to back of hands with damp brush. For eyes and pupils, tint portions of fondant yellow and black. Roll and flatten 2 yellow and 2 black balls; attach together with damp brush, then attach to cupcake with icing.
