Instructions:
Step 1
Make cereal treat recipe and press into ice cream scoop, letting it slightly overflow at edges. Immediately unmold and let cool. Note: For easy release, spray scoop with non-stick spray.
Step 2
Pour melted candy over cereal treats; sprinkle with rainbow nonpareils before candy is set. Refrigerate.
Step 3
Fill cones with assorted candies. Dip bottom of decorated cereal treat in melted candy and attach to top of ice cream cone.
