Instructions:
Step 1
Ice cupcake smooth. Pipe tip 13 swirled e-motion and c-motion hair; add tip 2B smooth side up band for cap.
Step 2
Pipe tip 5 dot eyeballs, cheeks and nose, shape with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Step 3
Add tip 1 dot pupils. Pipe tip 2 bead lips and cross on cap.
Step 4
Add tip 1 modified zig zag line over lips.
