Step 1
Ice sides and top of cake smooth with white icing. Ice face area smooth in light copper icing. Use serrated edge of tip 48 to pipe alternating red/white stripes on hat. Pipe tip 48 stripe for hat brim; overpipe. Pipe tip 4 dot nose and eyes (smooth both with finger dipped in cornstarch). Add tip 16 pull-out star eyebrows, hair, moustache and beard.
