Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using wreath cutter from set. Bake and cool.
Use full-strength red Color Flow icing in a cut parchment bag to pipe in bow. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Let dry.
Use tip 2 and full-strength green icing to outline wreath. Let dry. Use thinned green icing in a cut parchment bag to flow in wreath. Let dry 5 minutes.
Sprinkle wreath area with nonpareils.
