This witch is just tu-tu cute! Wilton petal tips are used to make the ruffles that give this cake extra dimension.

Instructions:

Step 1

Ice cake sides and mouth area smooth. Outline face, mouth, hat, dress, shoes and stockings with tip 4. Cover cake with tip 16 stars. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and pupils (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch), dot warts and outline eyebrows. Pipe tip 16 pull-out star nose. Pipe tip 124 ruffle hat brim and tip 47 (smooth side up) hat band; add tip 4 outline buckle. Pipe tip 16 pull-out hair. Pipe tip 127D double ruffle on bottom of dress. Add tip 16 pull-out star heels and tip 21 star bottom border.

Step 2

For broom, cut wooden dowel rod 8 in. long. Cut marshmallow for bristle area; insert dowel rod and cover with tip 16 pull-out star bristles. Pipe tip 4 outline band on broom. Position broom on cake.
